Who We Are

Our intention at the Center is to help you integrate your mind, heart and body into an expressive wholeness.  We believe that the soul does in fact love the body and to be fully embodied is sacred and spiritual. At the Center you can claim your temple by taking an individual session in embodied spiritual direction, try out an aerial dance class,  or express your  self at the Friday Ecstatic Dance.
